Подготовка к ОЧР2012

КНО212Самый ответственный месяц лета для Сокола - август. Ведь в начале сентября стартует главное событие российского алтимат-сообщества, Открытый Чемпионат России 2012.

И очень важно подойти к нему в отличном физическом и психологическом состоянии. Для этого необходимо тренироваться до посинения, участвовать в турнирах, укреплять внутри-командные связи, оттачивать взаимодействие и много чего еще. 
В связи с этим, Сокол в своем боевом составе, с парой молодых приобретений, наращивает темпы подготовки уже с июля. Подтверждением этому могут стать два первых места на минувших турнирах: Кубок князя Владимира Храброго (г. Серпухов) и Кубок Новгородской области 2012 (г. Великий Новгород).

Это были очень удачные, и во многих отношениях полезные соревнования. Осталось сделать самый последний рывок, и уже наконец прикрепить четвертую табличку с надписью "Сокол, Москва" на тот заветный трофей.
